EY: Romanian SMEs Create 44% Of Value Added In The Economy, Vs 59% In The EU

Small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Romania create 44% of the gross value added in the economy, lower than 59% created by SMEs in the European Union, although their share in total number of companies, of 99.6%, locally, is similar with that of 99.8% in the EU, says an EY Romania study.
