Firms With Former HQ In Spaces Other Than Modern Buildings Make Up A Third Of New Office Space Demand In 1Q/2018

Companies leased nearly 70,000 square meters of office space in capital Bucharest in the first quarter of 2018, and a third of demand came from firms whose former headquarters were located in villas, old and small buildings or spaces other than modern buildings, says a JLL study.
