Government: Microenterprises Can Opt For Profit Tax Or Turnover Tax Under Certain Conditions

Microenterprises in Romania will be able to opt for the payment of profit tax if they meet two conditions, namely, a share capital of at least RON45,000 (nearly EUR10,000) or at least two employees, Prime Minister Viorica Dancila said at the government’s Thursday meeting.
