Hidroelectrica Sells Two Micro Hydropower Plants For RON4M

Romania's state owned hydropower producer Hidroelectrica, undergoing insolvency, sold, at the end of July, only two of a total 34 micro hydropower plants put up for sale, for 4 million lei, the equivalent of the starting price.
