Employers: Government Requires Too Much Paperwork, We Can’t Find Employees

The employers attending KPMG’s human resources conference on Monday said that the new regulations of the Labor Code made it very complicated to keep a record of employment contracts and employee working hours, while the main issue of the labor market was the shortage of personnel.
