Infrastructure Works Down Again In 2013 After Two Years of Slight Growth

Infrastructure works witnessed a new decline of almost 2% last year, as the government cut investments and EU funds for roads and railways were frozen in the first half. Furthermore, it is not yet that clear how much money will be allocated to infrastructure projects in 2014, either.
