Lawyer Mihai Mares, who between 2008 and 2010 led the Romanian operations of Spanish law firm Garrigues, has partnered with Lucian Danilescu, former partner at Zamfirescu Racoti Predoiu (ZRP), to create firm Mares Danilescu & Asociatii.
