Mecanica Ceahlau Seeks To Pay Out RON11M Dividends, Yield At 31.6%

Piatra Neamt-based machinery producer Mecanica Ceahlau (MECF.RO) has summoned its shareholders on April 22, 2020 to approve the distribution of a gross dividend of RON0.04585 per share of the 2019 net profit, resulting in a total amount of RON11 million.
