Mechel Halts Production At Two More Plants In Romania Due To Weather

Russian steel giant Mechel Friday said it has temporarily shut down production at its Romanian plants Mechel Targoviste and Ductil Steel Otelu Rosu due to shipping difficulties, just a couple of days after implementing a similar measure at two other units on the local market.
