The Group Joins Forces With US Omnicom

Romanian communication holding The Group, held by entrepreneurs Zoltan Szigeti and Mihaela Nicola, has merged its operations with the local unit of the U.S. Omnicom. This will get them control over a quarter of the advertising market estimated at EUR300 million to EUR310 million a year.
