Napolact: Romania Must Upgrade Farms To Meet European Standards

Romania must upgrade the farms to have a more efficient production such as Europe and for the small entrepreneurs in the sector not to feel milk prices pressure as a result of cutting milk quotas, according to Dutch Jan Willem Kivits, the head of FrieslandCampina local branch, producer of dairy company Napolact.
