Oltchim Creditors Approve EUR127M Asset Sale to Chimcomplex

The judicial administrators of insolvent chemical plant Oltchim Ramnicu Valcea said the company's creditors have approved the sale of some assets to chemical producer Chimcomplex Borzesti for EUR127 million (RON582 million).
