Oresa Ventures Announces Acquisition Of La Fantana

Private equity firm Oresa Ventures and Cristian Amza, the founder of bottled water wholesaler La Fantana, on Thursday signed an agreement for the acquisition of all shares held in La Fantana by the funds managed by Innova Capital, according to a joint statement issued by the companies.
