Businessman Constantin Bucur, the main stakeholder in Vest-Energo, the company that owns the only private electro-thermal power station (CET) in Bucharest, plans to build a new station in northeastern Bucharest, an area of around 300,000 inhabitants, in the wake of investments of around EUR30 million.
