Poland Is Romania’s Main Footwear Supplier, As Imports Reach $140M

Poland has become Romania’s main shoe supplier judging by the value of the imports, climbing three places in the ranking and leaving Italy, China and Slovakia behind. About 7.7 million pairs of shoes (12% of the total imports) worth $140 million (23% of the value) came from Poland in 2017 alone, according to the latest World Footwear report.
