Private Equity Firms Bet EUR1B On Romania In 2016

Private equity firms spent about EUR1 billion last year, a record amount for Romania and five times higher than in 2015. Most money went to retail, real estate, industry and consumer goods sector investments, ZF has found. Private equity firms have been investing more and more each year, as the economy grew.
