Something that should have helped state-owned companies achieve efficiency, the ‘Private sector CEO for state-run companies” project, turned out to be just an instrument for political interference in companies like Tarom and the National Company Bucharest Airports (CNAB) where the private sector managers have been recently replaced without any explanation.
