Prodlacta Brasov Cuts Share Capital By RON12M, To RON52M

Brasov-based dairy producer Prodlacta (PRAE.RO), listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system AeRO market, cut its share capital by RON 12 million to RON52 million by reducing the face value of a share to RON1.1 from RON1.36.
