Bucharest-based office building Construdava was sold by investment group Aberdeen Asset Management Deutschland AG to realtor AdamAmerica, real estate consulting firm Colliers International, which advised on the group Aberdeen Asset Management Deutschland AG, said in a statement on Thursday.
