ACC Producers Say Legislation Is Becoming Restrictive For Construction Sector

Producers of autoclaved cellular concrete (ACC) say 2013 did not bring a recovery in the construction sector and some of the measures authorities adopted, such as a higher fuel excise and a tax on special constructions, restrict the sector’s development further.
