AFI Europe’s Target After EUR500M Investments: Four Malls And A Few Office Buildings In Two Years

David Hay, who has been running the Romanian subsidiary of AFI Europe for almost a year, has a clear target for the next two years: the local portfolio should reach four shopping centers and “a few” office buildings. The company controlled by Israeli-born Lev Leviev currently owns the most expensive mall ever built in Romania, AFI Palace Cotroceni, which cost EUR300 million, an office building where construction works are under way and which will be ready by next summer, and several plots for future investments. What are the priorities?
