AFI Romania Owners Have New Shareholders: Two Realty Firms In Israel Control Africa Israel Properties

Africa Israel Investments (AII), a holding-type investment company headquartered in Israel, sold the majority stake, of 51% held, in Africa Israel Properties (AIP), the parent company of AFI Europe, also present in Romania. The total value of the acquisition reaches approximately EUR303 million.
