Apartment Prices Down To New Low In Bucharest

The average three-room apartment prices in Bucharest fell by 0.3% to EUR76,950 in July, the new low of the last few years, but the serious depreciation of the leu makes them more expensive by 2% in lei than in June, reveals the ZF Real Estate Index compiled in partnership with real estate consultant Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania.
