Atrium Completes Militari Shopping Center Sale to MAS Real Estate, Exits Romania

JLL has advised Atrium European Real Estate Ltd. (Atrium) on the sale of Militari Shopping Center in Bucharest, Romania, to MAS Real Estate, for EUR95 million. The transaction, signed in April and closed this week, is the largest retail transaction in Bucharest since the end of 2014.
