Romania’s construction sector is expected to see an annual average increase of 4.4% between 2017 and 2019, amid perspectives of continuing the post-crisis economic cycle, eliminating the special construction tax and on the backdrop of accessible financing costs, according to Banca Transilvania chief economist Andrei Radulescu.
