Bucharest Apartment Owners Start Testing Market With Price Hikes

Asking prices for old three-room apartments in Bucharest rose by around 2% in the first month of this year, after owners hiked prices particularly in the better areas of the city, such as 1 Mai, 13 Septembrie or Aviatiei. However, consultants say trading values are stable.
