Bucharest Apartments Still Cost Twice As Much As Ten Years Ago

The prices of old three-room apartments in Bucharest are almost twice higher than ten years ago, in early 2004. Owners have lowered the asking prices by about 50% in the last five years, reveals the Real Estate Index compiled by ZF and real estate consultant Coldwell Banker based on property for sale ads in classifieds publication Anuntul Telefonic.
