Bucharest four-star hotel NH was put on sale Monday for EUR13 million, this being the second such attempt after the owner tried to sell it for EUR14 million two years ago.

Bucharest four-star hotel NH was put on sale Monday for EUR13 million, this being the second such attempt after the owner tried to sell it for EUR14 million two years ago.

The unit is located near Unirii Square and it has 78 rooms, one restaurant, one bar, a spa and two conference rooms. It is built on a 530 square-meter plot.

Spanish chain NH has two hotels in Romania, one in Bucharest and the other in western city Timisoara. The company has more than 350 hotels in 24 countries worldwide.
