Bucharest's Liberty Center Has Only 50 Stores Left

The Liberty Center mall in southwest Bucharest district Rahova, an about EUR70 million investment completed at the end of 2008, is still ailing two years after its creditors, Alpha Bank, Eurobank and Bank of Cyprus, took over after foreclosure.
