Bucharest’s West Gate And Novo Park Boast 94% And 99% Occupancy Rates

Bucharest’s business parks West Gate and Novo Park, owned by businessman Liviu Tudor, have reached occupancy rates of 94% and 99%, respectively, after two existing tenants, Société Générale and UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions, have leased new spaces totaling 5,000 square meters.
