Bucharest Starts Year With 15% Of Its Offices Still Unoccupied

Bucharest went beyond the mark of two million square meters of offices last year, and brokers say the market fared better, with rentals of around 280,000 square meters. However, not all owners have found tenants given that the vacancy rate is still above 15%.
