Businessman Dragos Bilteanu Plans To Build 40 Apartment Buildings In Bucharest

Businessman Dragos Bilteanu plans to begin development of the West Garden residential project through his H4L Development company this year. The project will be located on the Iuliu Maniu Boulevard in the Bucharest western district of Militari on the former site of Victoria mattress factory and will require a EUR30 million investment in the first phase.
