C&W Echinox: Bucharest Modern Office Stock Expected To Double In Next Decade

The modern office stock in Romania’s capital city Bucharest is expected to double over the next decade and reach up to 5 million square meters, considering that the current stock of 2.55 million sqm ensures Bucharest a density of 1.4 sqm per inhabitant, half the level in Warsaw and Prague.
