C&W Echinox: Over 60 Ha of Land Transacted in Bucharest in Jan-Sept

Land in Bucharest continued to attract the interest of real estate developers this year and lots with a total surface of over 60 hectares were transacted in the first nine months, allowing the development of around 8,000 homes, 180,000 sqm of offices and commercial spaces.
