C&W Echinox: Romania's Real Estate Market Attracted EUR386M Investments in 1H/2018

The investment volume in the first half of 2018 amounted to around EUR386 million in Romania, down 27% from the same period of the previous year, when the investment market reached a value of EUR530 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox calculations and estimates.
