C&W Echinox: Romanian Hospitality Market Fundamentals Stay Strong

Hotel transaction volume in Romania declined 87% in 2020, to around EUR9.5 million, from EUR75 million in 2019, as the pandemic put investor activity on hold and many sellers postponed their planned sales, real estate consultancy company Cushman & Wakefield Echinox said in a report Thursday.
