C&W Echinox: Western Bucharest To Attract 75% Of Office Space To Be Delivered In 2H/2017

Western Bucharest area will attract 75% of the office space to be delivered in the second half of 2017 and 50% of deliveries announced for 2018. The office space stock in this area is expected to increase by nearly 236,000 square meters, according to an analysis by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
