CBRE: Office Space Stock Exceeds 1 Mln Sqm In Capital Bucharest

The real estate market keeps its upward trend, with the total demand reaching 100,700 sqm in the second half of the year and 205,500 sqm in the first half, accounting for 86% of the total demand in 2015 and rising 40% against the first half of 2015, according to an office market report of CBRE.
