CBRE: Office Space Transactions Up 14% In January-September

The volume of office space transactions in the first nine months stood at nearly 240,000 square meters, up 14% compared with January-September 2013, while 20% of the contracts are pre-lease contracts, but over 300,000 square meters have no tenant yet, according to a CBRE report.
