CBRE Romania CEO Radu Lucianu Resigns, Iorgu Takes Over

Real estate consultancy firm CB Richard Ellis Romania on Friday said its chief executive Radu Lucianu resigned and he will be replaced by Razvan Iorgu, the current chief operating officer.

Real estate consultancy firm CB Richard Ellis Romania on Friday said its chief executive Radu Lucianu resigned and he will be replaced by Razvan Iorgu, the current chief operating officer.

The appointment is effective starting April 1.

Lucianu was one of the shareholders in Eurisko, which the CBRE bought early 2008. He told MEDIAFAX his resignation is based on plans to start a new company on his own or in partnership with an already formed team.

CBRE is based in Los Angeles and it has over 300 officers in 50 countries, with more than 31,000 employees worldwide.
