CBRE Romania: Office Segment Is The Star Of Real Estate Market

The office segment is the driver of the real estate market in Romania, with record growth, as 33% of all demand in the first quarter was new demand, not relocation, Mihai Paduroiu, head of office at CBRE Romania, said Tuesday at the ZF Infrastructure conference.
