Certion Property Developers, founded in 2015 by Catalin Scripcaru, Cezar Ionescu and Bogdan Caruntu, is developing, on the Romanian seaside, five real estate projects in the form of aparthotels, with the first, Vogh Olimp, set to be opend in the second half of this year.
