Coldwell Banker: Cluj Office Market To See Record 300% Growth This Year

Over 44,000 square meters of office space will be delivered this year in Cluj–Napoca, more than 300% higher than in 2016, making 2017 the best year for the regional office space market, according to a report by real estate consulting firm Coldwell Banker Romania.
