Colliers Assists Fribourg Development is Sale of Liberty Technology Park Offices

Real estate consultancy firm Colliers International assisted Fribourg Development, the real estate arm of investment fund Fribourg Capital owned by former Moldoval prime minister Ion Sturza, in the sale of the Liberty offices in Cluj to White Star Real Estate and a US university.
