The modern office space stock could reach 6 million square meters in the next ten years considering that currently, both Bucharest and other regional towns face a low development level relative to population and other countries in the region, and against the backdrop of economic growth providing a context favourable to the development of the real estate sector on the long term, as per an analysis of real estate consulting firm Colliers International Romania.
