Colliers: Office Space Demand Is Double The Supply

The office space stock in Bucharest will increase this year by about 100,000 square meters like it did in 2014, while demand is double the supply, Andreea Paun, associate director with the office department of real estate consultant Colliers, said on ZF Live.
