CTP Pays EUR7M For Acquisition Of Phoenix Logistics Center Chiajna

CTP, developer and administrator of industrial and logistics parks, has acquired Phoenix Logistics Center in Chiajna from Dutch company LSREF3 Alpha Dutch Holdings BV, for EUR7 million, and plans to invest EUR1.5 million in renovation and modernization works.
