Businessman Dan Sucu, in partnership with Valentin Visoiu from construction company Conarg, are starting works on the fourth building of Arcadia Apartments Domenii, the first large residential compound in Bucharest’s Domenii area. It is a seven-storey building due to be delivered in March 2020.
