Demand For Office And Industrial Space Topped In Jan-Sept 2016 The Level For The Whole Of 2015

The leasing activity on the office, industrial and logistics market has increased compared with 2015, and the area leased on the office space market in the first nine months exceeded the level registered in 2015. Over 45% of traded volume represents new demand, JLL said in a statement.
