Demand for Office Space in Bucharest Four Times Higher than New Deliveries in 1H

Office space traded in Bucharest in the first six months stood at nearly 185,000 square meters, while deliveries amounted to 43,000 sqm of the total 140,000 sqm developers announced for this year, JLL said in a statement Monday.
